[I was looking at this, and its still doing the rounds. I am wondering whether this is too late. But since some people are still circulating it, I thought I would circulate it as well. I really HATE this bill, and I think it is something to go to WAR over if they seize the property, because it can be a house, building OR a farm – that's how broad it is. The Govt should not be allowed to seize any white person's property, without compensation in my view. Jan]

The Minister of Public Works has called for public comment on the controversial Draft Expropriation Bill published on Friday 21 December 2018.

The draft law spells out in detail how land expropriation will work, detailing how valuation should be done, how disputes should be settled, and how money should be paid.
