IMPORTANT: JAIL TIME? SUIDLANDERS: SIMON ROCHE and Gustav Muller – CORNERED in the HIGH COURT! Theft? Corruption? Fraud?

I am so happy to see that finally these Suidlanders have been cornered in a court of law in South Africa. I warned White South Africans and ESPECIALLY White Americans about these clowns and idiots.

Now it seems there is HELL TO PAY!

They brought in Colonel Wynand Du Toit to do their security side of their operation. I had said these people are clowns. So Du Toit came in and did their stuff and it worked nicely. Then he formed the SBB which is basically a White Civil Protection organisation related to them. So he was splitting off. At first it was done peacefully and pleasantly, but then MONEY came into play.

I was stunned by the revelations by Colonel Wynand Du Toit in a video. Sadly the video was all in Afrikaans. I wish I could find a video or story about this in English. I wish even more that Wynand spoke in English because it will shock you.

He described how they cornered Gustav Muller and Simon Roche in the High Court in Kimberly.

They managed to get a court order THAT IS RARELY GRANTED. This Court Order is only given if there is serious evidence. The granting of this court order allows them access to all computers and other records. The court only grants this if there is strong evidence of possible wrongdoing like theft, corruption and fraud. This has only ever been granted in that court on 5 or 6 occasions before.

Du Toit describes in his video that Gustav Muller was his normal self and that he just denied everything. That he blames EVERYONE except HIMSELF. He said Gustav Muller did NOT appear to be a trustworthy leader that people could trust. Apparently Muller blamed everyone, including other Whites, including even Simon Roche and even Wynand Du Toit!

He described Simon Roche as being very flustered. Du Toit described Simon Roche as being "rattled". Simon Roche was shaking so much that he could not hold a piece of paper or a cigarette properly.

There are other people involved, not just Muller and Roche.

An indication of how serious this is, is that one of the other men, named Van Den Berg, actually ran away! A court order was issued to have him arrested!

By getting this special court order which is known as an Anton Piller court order, the Judge has to have enough physical evidence that makes it very REASONABLE to suppose that some kind of CRIMINAL ACTIVITY has occurred. In other words, by getting this court order, it is ALMOST CERTAIN that some of these people will be found GUILTY of some kind of CRIME!

The possible crimes are: Theft, corruption or fraud.

And Gustav Muller and Simon Roche are very likely to be found guilty. That is the bottom line. This could even include JAIL TIME.

So that is the direction in which this thing is pointing.

But this Anton Piller court order gives Wynand and SBB the right to basically get all the computers and court records of the Suidlanders so that they can look for evidence of criminal activity.

Given the behaviour of Simon Roche, it seems he is very concerned that he might be doing some jail time.

I suppose this process will take quite a long time. There is probably a lot of investigation to do before court actions are taken. But this is very serious stuff.

We discussed these clowns here on my websites so many times a few years ago and I pointed out time and again that these are dodgy characters. But it seems that this time, they’ve met their match and perhaps some jail time might even be coming their way?

I don’t know how much money is involved, but it might be quite a bit.

Du Toit indicates that he thinks that for YEARS, the Suidlander leaders had their hands in the cookie jar, and that they became confident that nobody would ever catch them.

The fact that he says this stuff has been going on for YEARS, must indicate that a *LOT* of membership money has been abused. So maybe, JAIL TIME is almost a certainty?

Du Toit said that criminality and uncertainty cannot be allowed if we are to move forward. He speaks about the need to be FAIR and HONEST, which I totally agree with.

It seems to me the Suidlanders as an organisation are in DEEP, DEEP trouble.

I’ve been saying for years, and pointing out that these people are dodgy clowns. If these clowns have also been CROOKS and if they have been STEALING FROM and CHEATING Whites in South Africa and America, then I don’t give a shit what happens to them. They should have known better. You don’t steal from other people. It is doubly disgusting to steal from people who trust you. It is so low down and disgusting for Whites to steal from Whites.

I get the strong impression from Du Toit that he’s been working with them and watching them for long and he seems to be totally convinced that they’ve been stealing.
