[This is a laugh! The stupid modern South African Army doesn't die in war. They die from fires … in a region that is actually semi-arid. And just a short while ago a bunch of Blacks were killed on a submarine when waves swept them off. I don't ever recall in the time of Apartheid or Rhodesia, hearing of a bunch of troops being killed by a silly veld fire. I grew up on a farm and we had veld fires EVERY YEAR and the fires would come up to our homes. And nobody ever died in a silly fire. My dad and some blacks and myself would go out and we'd cut branches off trees and kill the flames FFS. Jan]

Video & Audio: What I learned about Whites by assisting Black Activists in Africa
This is about the difference between the struggles of the White Right compared to when you are among White Liberals. It is a completely different world, and here are things I learned from that time. This is about the very early years of my activism when wild things were going down in Zimbabwe and Whites were under attack and thousands of White farmers were being driven off the land.
