[This is the best news I've heard in a long time. The Constitutional Court, which is the highest court in South Africa has blocked the White hating Black Communist, Julius Malema from being allowed to OPENLY tell his people to invade other people's land! The judgment, on Wednesday, comes days after the party failed to bring the country to a standstill with its shutdown on Monday. On Wednesday, the Constitutional Court, through a written judgment, said after considering the application for leave to appeal directly to it, it had"concluded that the application should be dismissed as it bears no reasonable prospects of success."
