The Equality Act was already at work in 2015. But what is coming is a nightmare by comparison. In 2015 this happened to a White man who used the K-Word (South Africa’s equivalent of the N-Word): In The State v Andre van Deventer (unreported case no 17/1430/2013, 6-02-2015, Cape Town Magistrates Court) the court sentenced Andre van Deventer to two years’ house arrest and he is also required to complete 70 hours of community service for calling Ms Kente a ‘k****r’.
Whites make up less than 9% of the population. They are a small minority and yet there are 117 laws and pieces of legislation that discriminate against WHITES ONLY! In America and Europe minorities are protected. But White South Africans are the *ONLY* minority on the planet that are discriminated against to such an insane degree. This sneaky law which purports to be for all people will, in the end, like the Equality Act, end up being a stick which will be used to primarily silence and jail White South Africans.
