I’ve never had malware or any problems on my “new technology” websites, and I had not even heard of malware on these types of websites until one or two people told me about it. This weird allow-space malware did catch me at a point, and I could not understand it myself.
I have been guided by someone and I got several pieces of software which check the sites and also are installed and are protecting my sites now.
Unfortunately, getting rid of the infection on my website is not as easy as running an “anti-virus” program. All they do is hunt for possible sites of infection and give you information but you still have to look and check and make the final decision.
On AfricanCrisis, I ran several scans. All of the scanners show you possible as well as actual infections but you need to check it yourself. I went through the most credible possible infections and found 3. 2 of them seemed to enable the main infection. I removed all of that. I’m almost 100% certain that I nailed the main infection.
The different scanners do not all agree on certain things. So there are a few things that I let go, because one scanner reported it, but my main one did not. I hunted a lot to see if there was anything serious, but I’m almost convinced there is nothing there.
All the websites now also have software that is actively protecting against infection and they give me daily reports.
So please see if you get any weird redirects on AfricanCrisis, and if you do, just go to the contact us page and tell me as best you can, what happened.
I think I’ve nailed the problem. But I can’t be 100% certain. So if something happens to you while browsing on AfricanCrisis then just leave me the most detailed description that you can in the contact us page. I did test it. It’s working fine.
So I think everything is ok … but let’s see if I missed anything important.
My apologies for the inconvenience. This has really blind sided me. But these are the risks we take I’m afraid.
Long ago, my websites were physically hacked and taken down. But modern hackers don’t always do that. The software is more sophisticated, and they can do thing differently, by embedding malware into the website.

Alex and I discuss a battle in Pretoria where a mob of white men and women fought blacks. A few people were injured, some seriously.
