[I was telling an American about the Rhodesian State Lottery. Jan]My father used to regularly buy Rhodesian Lottery tickets in the 1970s. He bought them religiously. They were popular in South Africa too! I think the Rhodesian state lottery ran monthly. It was run by the government. It was a cool idea.
