Dit was ‘n peiling wat ek op ‘n belangrike Afrikaner-webwerf gevind het. Ek dink dit gee die beste insig in hoe Afrikaners oor Trump se aanbod voel. 16% sê hulle is gereed om te vertrek. Ek skat die Afrikaner-bevolking is ongeveer 3 miljoen. Dis my beste raaiskoot. As ons daardie getal gebruik en dit toepas op die peiling wat ek op ‘n bekende Afrikaanse mediablad gesien het, dan vertaal dit soos volg:
480,000 wil onmiddellik emigreer.
810,000 dink nog daaroor.
90,000 het dit oorweeg, maar besluit om te bly.
1,6 miljoen sê ons hoort hier en ons bly.
