This is good. An American General telling people about this. I agree. In Japan they have a law about obesity. Whites look dreadful across the world, even here in South Africa. We need to get our act together. I’ve done my bit over the years and I’m sorted out. I used to be overweight 12 years ago. Believe it or not, but my trip to America in 2010 caused me to come back and immediately lose weight!!! I was overweight compared to Americans! And I fixed my own ass pronto pronto. We have many health problems that come from the Jewish/Corporate crap that we eat. Sort yourself out. Anyone can do it. Control what you put in your pie hole. It’s no more complex than that:
