[Alouettes saved our lives! These little French helicopters were awesome in southern Africa and the South African Airforce bought 75 in total which they used in SA and lent 50 to Rhodesia. This was a civilian helicopter. It was not meant as a weapon of war. But Whites used it to great effect and these French machines killed LOTS of Blacks. Jan]
