Jan Lamprecht White Supremacist: First Day in Court – Jews – Protection Order

On Friday 6th November 2020, I appeared in the Randburg court for a "first appearance" which is normally where the groundwork is laid for the upcoming trial. In my case, I asked for a postponement so that I could get a proper defense. The magistrate agreed to this. The Jewish attorneys pressed for an interim protection order for the complainant. The magistrate granted the order. I am therefore under obligation to remove certain things pertaining to the complainant from my website and the social media within 24 hours or else I face arrest for contempt of court. I will be complying with that.

As I stated before, my Facebook account was totally disabled some days ago.

So the trial, proper, will actually start in March 2021. This protection order is valid until then.
