Here is a video where an American found someone with a plane making some "chem trails".
But this was really for cloud seeding. And he has film footage of this small plane doing this.
Growing up in Rhodesia I remember cloud seeding. It was a big thing that was done in Rhodesia. It was no secret. We all knew about it and it was done constantly to try to increase rainfall.
