In my various studies and reading about Africa, I came across a reference that some time after WW2, possibly even in the 1970s, that Germans had missiles, possibly anti-aircraft missiles in the centre of Africa in the Congo/Zaire.
If anyone ever comes across references to this or any other related European military activity in Africa after WW2, I am interested.
