This is a note I wrote to an American who showed a photo of a small plane with attachments for what appears to be cloud seeding. I wrote: @Electronwarrior Yes this has been around a long time. We used this in Rhodesia to get more rain. Cloud Seeding was a common thing in Rhodesia. It was done every year.
