S.Africa: Farm murder, farmer shot dead, 2 others assaulted, tied up, Roedtan

A farm murder took place on Friday 7 October 2022, at 17:00, in Roedtan, in the Limpopo province of South Africa. Five attackers arrived on the farm and demanded money.
A young man who was on the farm was assaulted and tied up in a room in the farm house. The attackers then waited for the farmer and his partner to arrive home.
During the attack the farmer was shot dead and his partner was assaulted, tied up and locked in a room.
A farm worker discovered the scene the following morning, 8 October 2022 at 07:00.
The police, farmers and local security companies reacted after the alarm was raised.
There have been no arrests.
