IMPORTANT NOTE FROM JAN: When my Websites are Down & Appear to be HACKED

Some people had told me about the times when my websites go down, and that they think they are being HACKED. I am aware of this. Let me explain.

If you get to my website and it is down you will see a message along the lines of: My website is down, the Jews hacked it and Hitler is on his way to fix it. That message is a message I put in there as an error message for when my websites are down. It is a message that comes from ME and what it tells you is that my database has gone down – that is why my website can’t display.

But I also have a program that restarts the database, and if you wait about 5-10 minutes then the database will be up again.

I have seen that mostly, my database goes down once a day for a few minutes but some days it’s crashing multiple times. SOME OF IT RECENTLY might be due to work I did on linking my website to PHONES.

The real thing that is happening is that my database is crashing from time to time. I am monitoring it daily now. I have had this in the past. When I had it in the past, I spent a lot of time looking into it and in the end, the only solution that actually worked was when I UPGRADED MY SERVER and rented a BIGGER SERVER.

Currently, I’m running my website on the biggest server I’ve ever rented and I just can’t go and rent something bigger. The cost is too much. I suspect the issue is some kind of work load on the server. I’m not sure of the exact cause. I will have to monitor it.
