A Great S.African Author: Wilbur Smith & Great British Author: James Herriot

[I mentioned on a Man Chat that I loved reading James Herriot's stories as a teenager in Rhodesia. I never read Wilbur Smith's novels, but he was incredibly popular in South Africa and world wide. He wrote really fascinating novels based on African themes from a Man's perspective. They were huge hits. One of my American supporters sent me this message below. Jan]

Jan,we have a lot in common again ! I loved reading the James Herriot series (the, NEW, modern version on BBC America, is now WOKE!) BUT …. I loved and still love the Wilbur Smith books!
I can safely say that his book, EYE OF THE TIGER, is what led me to be a treasure hunter and ultimately, a commercial diver !!!!!
