Gallo Images Despite serious allegations that two of his Cabinet members are implicated in rampant corruption at Eskom, President Cyril Ramaphosa says he sees no need to receive a briefing about it from his national security advisor, Sydney Mufamadi, or Minister Pravin Gordhan – Eskom’s shareholder representative.
Instead, Ramaphosa believes that, in line with the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act (POCA), a person in a position of power, such as former Eskom CEO André de Ruyter who made the allegations, had a duty to report any corrupt activity to law enforcement officials.
Ramaphosa was responding to a parliamentary question from the DA on whether Mufamadi or Gordhan, the public enterprises minister who reports directly to the president, had briefed him about the identities of the two cabinet ministers.

This is one of the greatest analyses of the Liberals that has ever been done. This book was published in 1922.Hilaire Belloc was a very prolific French writer and thinker. A wonderful aspect of this book is that it contains information about the Liberals and their hideous deeds (e.g. in Russia) which Liberals have tried very hard to completely remove from history. When you read this book you will realise that in 100 years, absolutely nothing has changed. He also hints at the Liberals being behind the ‘South African War‘ (i.e. The 2nd Anglo Boer War).
