In tonight’s edition: Two people have died in Niger amid post-election violence and hundreds have been arrested according to the government, which accuses a prominent opposition figure of stoking the unrest. In Central African Republic, government forces continue to advance against the forces of a rebel coalition. They’ve retaken the town of Bozoum but the human cost of the fighting is slowly emerging.
