5 Pics: S.Africa: The (((White))) Jewish Communist: Jeremy Cronin reveals the draft Land Seizure Law!

[Here is one of the longest standing Jewish pieces of shit in South African communism. This is Jeremy Cronin. Here is an example of how the SACP (South African Communist Party) works hand in glove with the ANC (African National Congress), exactly like the way the CPUSA works with the Democrats.

In the USA the Communist Party of the USA supports the Democrats. In South Africa, the SACP members actually stand for election in the ANC! It is a requirement that all SACP members must belong to one of the revolutionary organs. e.g. the ANC, or COSATU or any other communist affiliated organisation.

So here is the Jewish communist who is also the Minister of Public Works in SA. He plays a key role in the new law to seize the land. This same Cronin said some time ago that if they can’t seize the land overtly, they would do so covertly! Here’s a Jewish Bolshevik at work in 2018, the same way they were at work in Hitler’s Germany in 1920s-1930s.

Let’s take a look at some photos of the Jewish Communist scumbag Cronin. Here is Cronin with the SACP’s flag with its hammer and sickles behind him.

Below is Cronin with Blade Nzimande, who at one time headed the SACP. There they are with their “Black Power” salutes! This is a rerun of David Horrowitz in the USA who was a (((white))) communist in the Black Panthers! The Jews in the USA have done many things that they also did in SA. They side with the blacks against the whites.

Here is the Jew Cronin addressing the SACP leaders. The campaign slogan behind them is: “Socialism is the future – Build it now!” They had this as their slogan in 1994 when the ANC finally came to power.

Here is the communist Jew Cronin with the communist “businessman” Ramaphosa.

The Afrikaans website PRAAG put out this little fact about the Jew Cronin a few years back. Cronin drives a very expensive car for a communist.

The Jewish piece of shit, Cronin, tells us below about the draft law that he’s played a key role in drafting, whereby the whites’ will have their land stolen by the Govt.

A new expropriation bill, set to be tabled in Parliament in the next two months, will set out a clear procedure for land expropriation without compensation and ensure it is an “administratively just process”, according to Deputy Minister of Public Works Jeremy Cronin.

Earlier this month a draft expropriation law was withdrawn from Parliament to make way for a new bill that will set out a system of expropriation based on the ANC’s decision to amend the Constitution to allow for more muscular land reform.

“It will be a process to prevent arbitrary deprivation,” says Cronin, who says the draft law will be light-touch legislation.  The Department of Public Works is currently drafting the bill which will soon be complete.

This will be the law which will give expression, procedure and form to any constitutional amendments to make more explicit the grounds under which expropriation without compensation can take place.

The procedure will:

  • Ensure the expropriator has exercised his or her mind;
  • Provide that a notice of intention be sent to the local municipality and all affected parties;
  • Make provision for objections within 30 days;
  • Issue a notice of expropriation plus an offer of compensation which could be nil, thus making it an expropriation without compensation; and
  • Make provision for counter-proposals.

The draft expropriation law will also give an indication of the kinds of land that can be taken without compensation.

A task team on expropriation, previously led by Cronin, identified land and property that could be expropriated without compensation as abandoned buildings, unutilised land, commercial property held unproductively and purely for speculative purposes, underutilised property owned by the state, and f land farmed by labour tenants with an absentee titleholder.

In July, President Cyril Ramaphosa said that the ANC had decided to adopt a programme to make it easier to expropriate land without compensation through a change to the Constitution.

The move tanked business confidence, contributed to rand weakness and is said to be one of the factors behind a significant decline in property prices.

Moody’s Investors Services last week said it understood the need for land reform and said that certainty was required.  It wasn’t a top risk factor for the ratings agency.

During a visit to South Africa last month, meanwhile, British Prime Minister Theresa May also said land reform is an imperative in South Africa.

At the end of August, Reuters reported that the International Monetary Fund gave its full backing to South Africa’s land reform plan, as long as the process is transparent and based on the Constitution.
